Our client, a leading Tier One Builder, is renowned for its commitment to excellence and innovation in the construction industry. They are currently engaged in a significant remediation project and seek an Executive Assistant/Communications Advisor to support their team and enhance stakeholder engagement.
This contract role will be based in Sydney CBD until July 2025. As an Executive Assistant/Communications Advisor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating communication and collaboration between various stakeholders, including body corporates and strata.
Your exceptional communication skills and organisational abilities will help ensure the success of our remediation project. Key responsibilities include providing comprehensive executive support, developing effective communication strategies, drafting and editing various communications, facilitating meetings, and managing stakeholder inquiries.
Qualifications include proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Communications Advisor, preferably in the Construction or Infrastructure sector. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are also required.
