At Lendlease, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Land Development Specialist to join our origination team in Sydney.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the origination of potential development opportunities, identifying, evaluating and acquiring suitable sites. Responsibilities may include:

  • Maintaining market research and analytics to inform land acquisition decisions
  • Evaluating and assessing prospective sites for commercial viability
  • Preparing detailed development briefs for internal stakeholders
  • Collaborating with technical experts and stakeholders to drive project outcomes

About You:

We are looking for an individual with a strong background in land development management, preferably in the office or built apartment space. You will have:

  • Experience creating investment cases and influencing deal concepts
  • Expertise in navigating contractual arrangements, including Joint Ventures and Development Management Agreements
  • Exceptional communication skills and a collaborative approach
  • An ability to balance internal and external stakeholders, commercial drivers and outcomes

You will be tertiary qualified in a relevant field, such as Development, Planning, Property Economics or Engineering, and have demonstrated experience in industrial acquisitions.
