About the Role
Be Recruitment is seeking a WHS Professional to join our team. As the WHS Specialist, you will work closely with our Head of HR to lead and coordinate our work health and safety programs. This part-time role (3 days per week) involves providing essential support to our clients and team members, focusing on injury management, compliance, and safety training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a WHS framework and reporting processes.
  • Support Hosts and employees on WHS matters and injury management.
  • Manage compliance and reporting for incidents and claims.
  • Act as the main contact for WHS inquiries, ensuring clear and accessible communication.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders on return-to-work (RTW) processes and incident reporting.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and training materials.
  • Provide WHS training and foster a safe, supportive workplace.
