Job Title: Senior WHS Program Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior WHS Program Manager to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our Occupational Health and Safety team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing health and injury prevention measures across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, coordinate, and implement health and injury prevention measures and campaigns considering Amazon standards and local requirements.
* Analyze injury data and develop appropriate health measures to reduce injuries.
* Support HR and Safety in organizing effective systems for strategic delivery of occupational health care and injury management.
* Uncover areas of opportunity and present business recommendations that will contribute to the shaping of our health and injury management program.
* Cooperate with external partners and organizations.

About You:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
* Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements.
* Strong analytical and project management skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues in many areas across the company.
