Mobile Return To Work Specialist

As a Mobile Return to Work Specialist, you will work closely with injured workers, healthcare professionals, and employers to develop tailored return-to-work strategies.

This role involves providing personalized support to facilitate recovery and successful return to work for employees who have experienced workplace injuries. You will engage in face-to-face interactions and some virtual interventions to deliver holistic support and coaching services.

  • You will identify and address biopsychosocial factors impacting an employee's ability to recover and return to work, applying a person-centered approach to mitigate risks and promote optimal outcomes.
  • As a leader within the claims team, you will provide guidance and mentorship to colleagues, influencing positive and improved claims outcomes through coaching and mentoring.
  • Utilizing your expertise in workers' compensation and stakeholder management, you will collaborate with claims team members to deliver exceptional service and achieve optimal return-to-work results.

  • Knowledge of common injuries, treatment options, and medical terminology.
  • Excellent customer service skills to interact with diverse clients and stakeholders.
