Job Summary

Return to Work Coordinator

Join a dynamic team and play a key role in improving recovery and workplace outcomes. Collaborate with external stakeholders to facilitate employee return to work.


Leverage your time management and communication skills to make a difference in a fast-paced environment. Develop comprehensive return-to-work programs that align with organisational goals, enhance employee well-being, and drive productivity.

As an experienced return to work coordinator, you will be familiar with liaising with Workers Compensation insurance Agencies and have sound knowledge of Victorian Workers Compensation legislation as well as other relative legislation.
