Associate - Statutory Recovery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Associate to join our team in Melbourne, focusing on statutory recovery claims.

This role provides an opportunity to develop expertise in commercial law, specifically in the area of statutory compensation.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of common law in Victoria and be able to provide legal advice and representation in proceedings before the County Court of Victoria and the Supreme Court of Victoria.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing legally sound advice to clients on statutory recovery matters
  • Representing clients in court proceedings
  • Managing litigation files independently with support from a mentor as needed

We welcome applicants with experience in insurance, personal injury litigation, or HR/IR who are passionate about building a career in statutory compensation law.
