Key Responsibilities:- Conduct vocational assessments, including transferable skills analysis and identify suitable job options for new employment
- Identify barriers to return to work
- Liaise with clients, insurers, medical practitioners, and employers to achieve outcomes appropriate for all parties
- Design, implement, and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce
- Australian-recognized degree qualification and full accreditation in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Osteopathy, or Physiotherapy
- Ability to travel (a current vehicle and driver's license is required)
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Determination to provide a high level of customer service consistently
- A keen sense of punctuality and effective time management skills
