About the role
- The primary function of this role will be to coordinate and attend Face-to-Face and virtual conferences with key claim stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable recovery and return to work outcomes.
- The ability to influence and negotiate with treating practitioners to achieve recovery needs for the injured worker, whilst supporting the employer with return-to-work planning to work towards safe and sustainable outcomes.
- Strong collaboration skillset to work within the MRS team and providing leadership support to the front-end teams.
- Monitoring the injured workers recovery and return-to-work plan to ensure it remains safe and sustainable during sensitive index periods.
About you
- The capability to understand the importance of active listening, developing rapport, and being empathetic, whilst demonstrating a positive and professional manner.
- Strong time management and the ability to work independently & within a team environment.
- Efficient and proactive problem-solving skillset whilst demonstrating the ability to deliver quality work with a high level of attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise workloads and perform well under pressure
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
