About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team in delivering infrastructure projects across various regions. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring successful project outcomes by coordinating project activities and working closely with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation;
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met;
  • Analyze project data and provide insightful reports to inform business decisions;
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop strategies to address project challenges;
  • Collaborate with external partners and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, construction management);
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in project coordination or a related field;
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
