The Design Coordinator will play a vital role in reviewing shop drawings prepared by designers, coordinating with other departments, and assisting in the preparation of forecasts. They will also track progress, provide necessary inputs, and coordinate with other teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review shop drawings for constructability and interface with other designers to ensure seamless project execution">
  • Coordinate with construction and methods team to provide timely reviews and comments to meet project deadlines">
  • Prepare forecast of shop drawings review to optimize project planning and resource allocation">
  • Track progress and respond to Requests for Information/Non-Conformance Reports (RFI/NCR) to ensure project milestones are met">
  • Keep a proper follow-up of modifications table during construction to ensure accuracy and consistency">
  • Provide necessary inputs to track designer's cost to inform budgeting and financial decisions">
  • Coordinate and interface with other teams within the design team and other departments to foster collaboration and communication">
