Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Property Manager, you will be responsible for leading our Real Estate Management Services team in Perth.

  • Position property assets for optimal profitability and maintain high standards of appearance through diligent management and regular inspections.
  • Facilitate resources, both in-house and outsourced, to deliver efficient services and resolve property issues promptly.
  • Implement and maintain effective lease administration, financial management procedures, and reporting, including monitoring statutory charges and providing owners with strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure all lease documentation is executed and in place, and liaise with owners regarding management and negotiations.

The ideal candidate possesses 5+ years' experience in commercial or industrial property management, with a strong understanding of leasing practices, legislation, and terminology. Additionally, they must have proficiency in Excel and exposure to accrual accounting.
