The Senior CRM Specialist is a key role in driving customer lifecycle and marketing automation solutions across the business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team to implement a new CRM platform.
- Develop customer lifecycle activities using martech solutions for onboarding, automated, and personalized experiences.
- Coordinate data workflow from sources to CRM for effective use of features.
- Monitor performance and set up dashboards for reporting.
- At least 3 years of experience managing CRM platforms and marketing automation.
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Hubspot, Zoho, Braze, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong skills in email and SMS campaign creation including copywriting, design, templating, testing, and optimization.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in segmentation, journey building, analytics, and lifecycle marketing.
