Job Description:

The Customer Experience and Transformation Lead will contribute to enhancing service delivery by working closely with high-performing teams to shape the future of customer and user experiences.

  • Develop and implement strategies to support our Future Ready Frankston Vision, focusing on embedding a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Lead and support the Service Review program, partnering with business leaders to assess the effectiveness, efficiency, quality, and experience of services provided to and for the community.
  • Collaborate with teams, such as IT, to ensure projects and programs are aligned and achieving the best outcomes for the organization.
Requirements:
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills, with a focus on building cultures of customer centricity and continuous improvement.
  • Experience in public sector environments, particularly during times of change and transformation.
  • Ability to inspire high levels of performance, energy, and enthusiasm in teams.
