
Strategic Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Customer Experience Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of customer-centric strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather insights on customer needs and preferences, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance our products and services. Your expertise in customer experience management will help us create seamless and personalized experiences that meet our customers' evolving needs.
In this role, you will also lead the execution of customer experience initiatives, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery. You will collaborate with market CX teams to integrate and deliver CX initiatives across the organization, driving rigorous project management principles to ensure successful outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of experience in customer experience management, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects and implementing customer-centric strategies
- Automotive industry preferred
- Digital native mindset and passion for leveraging technology to enhance customer experience
