
Strategic Customer Experience Manager

The Global and Regional Division spearheads the University's commitments to its markets and communities, overseeing strategic intent to connect both globally and locally.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop, co-create, and execute segment, journey, and recruitment strategies to enhance business outcomes.
- Design and implement domestic segment audience strategy, promotional campaign strategies, and tactical plans across the marketing mix.
- Provide strategic leadership and oversight of a cross-functional team encompassing content, paid media, web, and digital elements.
- Manage customer-specific journey mapping and process discovery and design to drive customer satisfaction.
- Align with Schools, market intelligence, product, and recruitment teams on strategy development and prioritization.
- Develop product/interest area CVPs with corresponding marketing strategies, insight-led and compelling action.
- Contribute to work relating to customer and insights technologies, such as CRM systems and lead capture processes.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A degree in marketing/business, management, design, or a related field, accompanied by extensive relevant experience, or an equivalent alternate combination.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage customer data and insights for integrated marketing initiatives.
- Specialist understanding and experience with buyer behavior and segmentation practices, including customer journey mapping and audience personas.
- Capacity to be responsible for program development and implementation.
- Experience developing innovative solutions and contributing to strategic planning efforts.
