
Customer Relationship Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the timely and efficient provision of products and services.
Your primary focus will be on providing operational support for the Customer Care Centre, including clerical and administrative tasks. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and ensure that they receive high-quality service.
You will be responsible for initiating AirCover service due requirements, raising system requirements, and allocating jobs via the Regional Service Coordinator. Additionally, you will ensure credit terms and COD requirements are met, assist with incoming phone inquiries, and establish and maintain sound working relationships with customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated PC skills (SAP, Lotus Notes, Excel, Word, and databases)
- Ability to meet deadlines and organize work priorities
- Flexible and 'can-do' attitude
- Prior experience in a Customer Care Centre is preferred but not essential
