Our ideal candidate will be a highly skilled and experienced customer service professional with a proven track record of providing exceptional service to customers.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying their financial needs and providing relevant products and services.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service through regular contact and proactive lead management
- Identify and support customers to explore their current and future financial needs
- Provision relevant financial products and services and facilitate referrals to specialist teams where required
- Work closely with the manager to develop customer relationships and execute customer loan maintenance needs
- Certainly coach customer service officers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Required skills and qualifications:
Experience as a customer relationship specialist or in a similar customer-facing role is essential. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
