
Customer Relationship Specialist

Job Role:
The Customer Care Coordinator oversees the customer relationship by delivering exceptional customer service and implementing effective customer care strategies.
This position is centered around providing excellent customer experiences, ensuring that all service delivery requirements are met while collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality services.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a caseload of customers and providing outstanding customer interactions
- Developing support plans tailored to meet individual customer needs and funding requirements
- Monitoring successful delivery of customer outcomes and conducting regular document reviews
- Completing all service delivery compliance and reporting obligations
- Maintaining funding budgets and resources to meet customer needs
- Managing funding and rostering requirements for allocated home care funds
- Ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer documentation and case notes
- Supporting business development and onboarding functions
- Collaborating with recruitment and rostering teams to onboard workforce capacity and capability
- Performing related duties and special projects assigned by manager
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in an administrative or similar role
- Desirable experience in home care/aged care
- Flexible to travel for work purposes
- Current or willing to obtain police check within last 6 months
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19 and Influenza
- Emotionally intelligent with ability to empathize with customers and respond to changing needs
- Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations
- Determined to perform, exceed targets, and execute commercial concepts
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
