Key Responsibilities

  • General dental reception and treatment planning coordination
  • Management of specific appointment books and HICAPS claims
  • Liaising with patients and practitioners
  • Data entry and mailing tasks
  • Projects and administration as required

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in the dental industry
  • Strong working knowledge of cosmetic dentistry and general dentistry
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software (Dental4Windows experience desirable)
  • High level of initiative and motivation
  • Expert customer service skills
  • Strong and adaptable communication skills
  • Well-presented, with a warm and mature nature
