Smile Solutions, a leading dental practice in Melbourne's CBD, is seeking a skilled Treatment Planner to join our team. As a Treatment Planner, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients with exceptional care and service.

The Opportunity

We are a multidisciplinary group with over 80 practitioners, including board-registered specialists, general dentists, hygienists, and oral health therapists. Our practice prides itself on providing a supportive environment for graduate dentists through our dedicated graduate dentist program.

We are looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a variety of settings. You will work closely with our general dentists to provide first-class support and care to our patients.

The Role

As a Treatment Planner, your responsibilities will include:

  • General dental reception and patient coordination
  • Treatment planning and coordination
  • Management of appointment books and patient records
  • Processing HICAPS claims and account management
  • Liaising with patients and practitioners
  • Data entry and mailing tasks
  • Projects and administration as required

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the dental industry
  • Strong working knowledge of cosmetic dentistry and general dentistry
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software (Dental4Windows experience is highly desirable)
  • A high level of initiative and motivation
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong and adaptable communication skills
  • Well-presented, with a warm and mature nature
  • Efficiency, with the ability to effectively prioritize, multitask, and use common knowledge as required
