Dental Office Coordinator

Smile Solutions, a leading dental practice in Melbourne, is seeking a highly skilled Receptionist to join their team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients and will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the practice.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask with ease, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also be proficient in dental practice management software and have experience in general dental.
Responsibilities will include managing appointment books, processing HICAPS claims, liaising with patients and practitioners, and data entry and mailing tasks. The successful candidate will also have the opportunity to take their career to the next level by working with a team of experienced professionals.
