Opportunity Overview

Smile Solutions, a leading dental practice in Melbourne's CBD, is seeking a skilled Treatment Planner to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our front-of-house reception team, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients with exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and practitioners
  • Coordinate treatment planning and manage appointment books
  • Process HICAPS claims and manage patient accounts
  • Liaise with patients, practitioners, and other stakeholders
  • Perform data entry and mailing tasks as required
  • Contribute to administrative projects and tasks
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in the dental industry
  • Strong working knowledge of cosmetic dentistry and general dentistry
  • Proficiency in dental practice management software (Dental4Windows experience a plus)
  • High level of initiative and motivation
  • Expert customer service skills
  • Strong communication and adaptability skills
  • Well-presented and mature nature
  • Efficiency and ability to prioritize tasks
