Job Opportunity

As a sales development partner, you will play a key role in connecting people with disability to services that support them to achieve their goals. You will work collaboratively with local teams to grow awareness and reputation in the community.

The role involves generating demand for services, supporting new customers through the enquiry and sign-up process, and maintaining a consistent, structured approach to achieving targets while ensuring customers are properly engaged and supported.

  • Managing new leads from enquiries, liaising with coordinators and support partners to sign up new customers.
  • Identifying opportunities for existing customers to access additional services where there are unmet needs.
  • Understanding the local market and building/maintaining a strong network of relevant relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing new leads and customer acquisition.
  • Identifying and nurturing new customer opportunities leading to increased sales.
  • Building and maintaining a strong network of relationships within the local community.
  • Developing and implementing sales campaigns to increase profile and generate demand for services.

Essential qualifications and experience include:

  • Proven experience of achieving sales targets in a service environment.
  • Proven experience of identifying and nurturing new customer opportunities leading to increased sales.
  • Formal qualifications in business or certification/training in sales would be an advantage.
