As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion and revenue growth through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.

Job Description
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue expansion and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier organizations to identify new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of clients and drive long-term value.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.

Key Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of direct quota-carrying sales experience in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software and services market.
  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with senior-level executives and driving significant revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering, or a related field, with a strong understanding of asset management and built environment frameworks.

Desirable Skills & Knowledge
  • Proficiency in IBM Maximo Application Suite and related industry solutions.
  • Knowledge of smart cities and IoT technologies, with a solid grasp of hosting environments, core technical features, and managed service requirements.
