Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Lead by example and motivate and inspire your team to deliver top-tier results.
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans that drive floor sales and achieve results.
  • Maintain accurate stock control, health and safety, and store security procedures.

Your success will be measured by your ability to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong track record of achievement in retail management, including experience in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A passion for retail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

You will also need to possess excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
