Key Role in Office Operations

You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, playing a key role in managing front-of-house services and supporting facilities at our Adelaide office.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist candidates, new hires, visitors, and the general public to the appropriate staff.
  • Manage meeting and shared spaces within the office, providing support during meetings as required.
  • Coordinate onsite catering and event requirements with local and interstate stakeholders.
  • Ensure shared spaces are stocked with essentials like tea, coffee, and milk at all times.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the manager and wider team.
Requirements
  • Strong coordination or administration background with attention to detail and ability to think ahead.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
  • Experience in managing multiple room bookings.
