
Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, combining administrative and project coordination skills.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
You will be responsible for running day-to-day office operations, coordinating events and activities, managing supplies and resources, and supporting projects with documentation control and compliance checks.
This role also involves providing ad hoc administration support, helping onboard new team members, and planning project meetings and agendas.
- Administrative experience in an office or project setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communicator with professional, approachable, and proactive attitude.
- Confident with Microsoft Office applications.
