Senior Wellbeing and Psychosocial Safety Partner Role

Overview:

  • Part-time, continuing position with flexible working arrangements.

The Senior Wellbeing and Psychosocial Safety Partner plays a pivotal role in embedding psychosocial safety and mental wellbeing across the organisation.

As an expert in psychosocial risk and mental health promotion, you will partner with leaders to provide strategic advice and support on complex wellbeing challenges.

This is a high-impact role that requires strong interpersonal and clinical skills, as well as the ability to design and deliver training programs.

You will be responsible for interpreting wellbeing data, reporting trends, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive sustainable cultural change.

Working closely with senior leaders, you will provide subject matter expertise and support to implement evidence-based strategies that promote mental wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and facilitate effective training programs on psychosocial safety and mental wellbeing.
  2. Analyse wellbeing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with senior leaders, providing expert advice and support to drive organisational change.
Requirements
  • Proven expertise in mental health, psychosocial risk management, and suicide prevention.
  • Experience in providing mental health support to staff in high-risk roles.
  • Excellent interpersonal, clinical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
