Expert Health and Wellbeing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Wellbeing Specialist to lead strategic initiatives that promote good physical and mental health in our workplace.
The successful candidate will have expertise in occupational health, hygiene, and wellbeing policies, as well as experience in developing and implementing structured wellbeing plans and initiatives.
- Lead the development and implementation of health and wellbeing initiatives across the organization.
- Develop and implement health and hygiene risk assessments and monitoring programs.
- Analyse data to report trends and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Drive the Health & Wellbeing Strategy with initiatives that support good physical and mental health.
- Participate in psychosocial risk management strategy and programs.
- Identify occupational hygiene issues and deliver practical solutions.
- Develop training and coaching for managers and employees to improve occupational health, hygiene and wellbeing awareness and engagement.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Occupational Hygiene, Environmental Science or related field.
- Experience in managing occupational hygiene programs and delivering risk-based solutions across multiple sites and jurisdictions.
- Effective communicator with proven stakeholder engagement across all levels; collaborates as part of a broader HSE team.
- Proficient in addressing psychosocial risks and driving wellbeing and cultural initiatives.
- Willing and able to travel to support multi-site operations.
