We're seeking a Casual Customer Advisor to join our team in Airlie Beach. This role offers the perfect blend of flexibility and opportunity for growth.

Job Description:

In this customer-focused position, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will identify suitable products and services for customers, and demonstrate our Smarter Banking options to make banking simple, easy and secure.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Support customers with account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions
  • Demonstrate digital banking options and provide tailored solutions
Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for delivering quality customer experiences
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills
  • No prior banking experience necessary - full training provided
