Key Responsibilities
  • Coach and develop Warehouse and Customer Service teams' knowledge and capability.
  • Deliver a positive store atmosphere to create a great customer experience and effectively resolve complaints and queries.
  • Ensure the store meets all compliance and legislative requirements.
  • Monitor store activities to align with the business core policy and standard operating procedures.
  • Establish and oversee effective warehouse inventory management processes and systems.
