This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Bundaberg. The role involves providing exceptional customer service to all customers of the depot, including responding to customer inquiries, generating quotes, recording sales, and managing ongoing orders.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Flexible travel to other depots
- Completion of day-to-day administrative tasks
- Receipting, warehousing, reconciliation, dispatch, and delivery of packaged lubricants products
- Stewarding health, safety, and wellbeing across all depot activities
- Completion of routine depot compliance, maintenance, and inspection tasks
The successful candidate will be an experienced professional in a similar role who thrives working in a team environment. They will display a proactive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to take on challenges. A strong focus on safety and compliance, as well as an understanding of the importance of our customers, are essential.
About the Role:
- Reporting to the Territory Manager, this role is a floating position requiring flexibility in traveling to other depots to relief or if additional support is required based on operational needs.
- You will play an important role as part of a wider team across a network of depots within the region, working with the fleet coordinator, drivers, and other depot operations coordinators to deliver safe, reliable, and competitive outcomes for our customers.
