Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Depot Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing stock levels, and ensuring the smooth operation of our depot.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on safety and compliance, with experience in customer service and stock control/management. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all customers of the depot
  • Manage stock levels and ensure accurate receipting and reconciliation
  • Conduct daily administrative tasks to support the depot's operation
  • Deliver packaged lubricants products to customers
  • Steward health, safety, and wellbeing across all depot activities

Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in a transport/logistics industry
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers

  • Knowledge of safe work practices and transport logistics principles
