Industrial Operations Manager

Job Description:
">- Lead a team of tradespeople in a workshop environment.
- Supervise planned works, labour, and materials for scheduled, unscheduled, and emerging work.
- Assist with rostering and job activities to minimize delays and contract costs.
- Ensure accurate and detailed information is provided for scoping and estimating job/project costs and timeframes.
- Review completed works and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
Requirements:
">- A qualification in Engineering or a trade discipline with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the steel industry.
- Sound supervisory and leadership skills.
- A sound understanding of the Recognised Service Facility inspection and repair process.
- Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role.
- A strong awareness and adherence to Safety and Wellbeing practices.
