Industrial Operations Manager

The successful applicant will have the opportunity to lead a team of trades in a workshop setting, progressing their career within the business.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise planned works, workshop labour, and materials for scheduled, unscheduled, and emerging work.
- Assist with rosters and job activities to minimize delays and contract costs.
- Ensure accurate and detailed information is provided for scoping and estimating job/project costs and timeframes.
- Review completed works and ensure all documentations are completed, stored, and in place.
- Qualification in Engineering or trade discipline with a minimum experience of 5 years in the steel or similar industry.
- Sound supervisory and leadership skills.
- Sound understanding of the Recognised Service Facility inspection & repair process.
- Physically fit to meet the requirements of the role.
- Strong awareness and adherence to Safety & Wellbeing practises.
