Job Summary

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the administration and day-to-day operation of the recruitment space.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with experience in recruitment and human resources. Key skills include effective communication, problem-solving, and time management.

  1. Manage Recruitment Processes: Develop and implement processes to attract top talent, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling;
  2. Recruitment Strategy: Create and execute effective strategies to fill vacant positions within the organization;
  3. Collaboration and Support: Work closely with HR team members to ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new staff;
  4. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for recruitment-related tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency;
  5. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and databases related to recruitment activities.

The ideal candidate will possess previous work or qualifications in HR, as this is considered highly regarded. This is a full-time contract position working 5 days per week, with an immediate start.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • Previous experience in recruitment and human resources;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills;
