Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for people-related inquiries across multiple locations
  • Provide accurate advice and administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Coordinate and manage employee benefits initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience
  • Collaborate with the Business Partner on cyclical people activities, such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, compliance programs, and policy updates
  • Support the interpretation and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across the organization
  • Assist with Employee Relations case management, including investigations, documentation, and resolution in partnership with the Business Partner

About You

  • Experience in a HR or P&C support role, preferably within a multi-site environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
  • A solid understanding of employment legislation, ER processes, and HR best practices
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a focus on responsiveness and solution-oriented approach
