Customer Loyalty Strategist Role

Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Loyalty Strategist to develop and execute a loyalty strategy for our Liquorland business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management, marketing, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a loyalty program that drives customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Manage the health of the member database, including data quality and segmentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align loyalty strategy with overall business goals
  • Analyze customer behavior and purchase patterns to inform loyalty program optimization
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management, marketing, or data analysis
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
