Customer Loyalty Strategist Role
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Customer Loyalty Strategist to develop and execute a loyalty strategy for our Liquorland business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer relationship management, marketing, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a loyalty program that drives customer acquisition, retention, and engagement
- Manage the health of the member database, including data quality and segmentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align loyalty strategy with overall business goals
- Analyze customer behavior and purchase patterns to inform loyalty program optimization
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management, marketing, or data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
