Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at Goodstart North Mackay. As a Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that promotes the development and well-being of children. You will work closely with our centre leadership team to develop and implement high-quality early learning programs that meet the unique needs and interests of each child.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement engaging and challenging learning programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and assess children's learning and development, and use this information to inform program planning and delivery
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement centre-wide initiatives and programs
- Contribute to the development and implementation of centre policies and procedures
