Job Opportunity

Central Coast Local Health District is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead the implementation of the Adult Survivors Program. This transformative initiative aims to deliver coordinated, trauma-informed services for adults living with the long-term effects of childhood abuse.

This pivotal role supports the delivery of sustainable, integrated local models of care aligned to NSW Health's statewide framework. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, delivery, reporting, and evaluation while coordinating meaningful engagement across executive, clinical, community, and government stakeholders.

  • Lead and oversee the implementation of a sustainable, integrated local model of care.
  • Provide strategic governance and project oversight.
  • Coordinate engagement across executive, clinical, community, and government stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Clinical Coordinator – Adult Survivors Program and the VAN leadership team.
  • Champion the embedding of trauma-informed, person-centred care.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • Experience leading cross-sector projects in health, community services, or related areas.
  • Deep understanding of trauma-informed practice and the needs of people accessing mental health or AOD support.
  • Outstanding stakeholder engagement, collaboration, and communication skills.
