NSW Health is seeking dedicated Allied Health Clinicians to join the Adult Survivors Program (ASP), a transformative initiative aimed at improving outcomes for adult survivors of child sexual abuse with complex needs, including mental health and substance use concerns. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality clinical services and contribute to the development of a trauma-informed, culturally safe, and evidence-based workforce.

**Key**Responsibilities**
- **Direct Clinical Care**: Deliver individual and group therapy interventions, including somatic and sensory-based therapies, to address trauma-related mental health and substance use issues.
- **Consultation and Case Coordination**: Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across mental health, drug and alcohol, Aboriginal health, and community services to ensure integrated care.
- **Capacity Building and Leadership**: Offer training, supervision, and support to health professionals, fostering a trauma-informed workforce.
- **Service Development and Improvement**: Identify service gaps, lead practice improvements, and contribute to the operationalization of the NSW Health Prevention and Response to Violence, Abuse, and Neglect (PARVAN) Framework.

- Occupational Therapist Level 4
- Social Worker level 4

**About You**
- Bachelors degree in a health related field such as Social Work, Occupational Therapy or Counselling and membership of Australian Association of Social Work (Social Work); Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (Occupational Therapy); or Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia or Australian Counselling Association (Counselling).
- An eligible NSW Driver Licence and willingness to travel for work.
- Substantial demonstrated experience in and knowledge of clinical practice pertaining to adult survivors of child sexual abuse who have complex needs, with experience using somatic and sensory approaches, and a minimum of 3 years clinical experience.
- Demonstrated understanding of the issues involved in working with adult survivor clients and the barriers that adult survivors face when trying to access trauma-specific, culturally safe health care.
