Job Title: Senior Program Lead

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and passionate program lead to oversee the implementation of a sustainable, integrated local model of care aligned to NSW Health's statewide framework. The successful candidate will provide strategic governance and project oversight, including planning, delivery, reporting, and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate meaningful engagement across executive, clinical, community, and government stakeholders.
  • Partner with the Clinical Coordinator – Adult Survivors Program and the Violence, Abuse and Neglect (VAN) leadership team.
  • Champion the embedding of trauma-informed, person-centred care across our services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and the ability to meet the Essential Requirements outlined in the position description.
  • A current NSW Driver's Licence and flexibility to travel across the Central Coast as needed.
  • Experience leading cross-sector projects in health, community services, or related areas.
  • Deep understanding of trauma-informed practice and the needs of people accessing mental health or AOD support.
