Job Description

This is a pivotal role leading the implementation of a sustainable, integrated local model of care aligned to NSW Health's statewide framework. You will provide strategic governance and project oversight, including planning, delivery, reporting, and evaluation.

You will also coordinate meaningful engagement across executive, clinical, community, and government stakeholders. This includes partnering with the Clinical Coordinator – Adult Survivors Program and the Violence, Abuse and Neglect (VAN) leadership team.

Furthermore, you will champion the embedding of trauma-informed, person-centred care across our services. Ensuring alignment with the findings of the statewide pilot evaluation and drive continuous improvement.
