Junior Service Desk Technician

We are seeking a skilled Junior Service Desk Technician to join our team.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to support a diverse range of customers across various technical environments and technologies. As a Junior Service Desk Technician, you will be responsible for providing remote service desk support to clients with 10-500 users.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert support for Terminal Services, VMware, and Citrix-based cloud infrastructure
  • Offer Level 1 support across multiple technologies
  • Collaborate with experienced solutions experts to maintain best practice environments

Requirements:

  • Advanced understanding of end-user support and Active Directory
  • Strong general knowledge of Windows Server and Exchange
  • Familiarity with technical infrastructure from desktop to firewall, including LAN & WAN networking principles
  • Experience working with IT outsourcers or managed service providers (MSP)
  • Understanding of ticketing systems and customer service principles
  • Experience with Connectwise, Labtech, and/or Solarwinds Orion is a plus
