Role Overview

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage accounts payable and receivable for a group of business entities. They will be responsible for leading a team of 7 finance operations staff, providing support to internal stakeholders on operational matters, and identifying ways to streamline processes and maximise efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of finance operations staff to deliver consistent shared service functions
  • Promptly deal with all queries, including those concerning external clients
  • Provide support to internal stakeholders on operational matters
  • Identify ways to streamline processes and maximise efficiency
  • Lead or assist with ad hoc projects as required

Requirements

  • Strong leader with the ability to lead by example
  • Proven leader of shared service or transactional accounting functions
  • Excellent communication, business partnering, and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritise key deliverables in a complex environment
  • High degree of accountability
  • Minimum 5 years leadership experience
