Investigative Role Overview
">As an investigative professional, you will play a pivotal role in conducting investigations into potential breaches of legislation administered by regulatory bodies. This includes job site operations and investigative activities under relevant acts.
">The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investigation, ideally in a government or regulatory environment, and possess excellent communication skills to build relationships with internal stakeholders and external parties.
">You will be responsible for preparing investigation plans, managing high-volume caseloads, and applying best-practice investigative techniques such as offence elementisation and evidence matrix development.
">In addition, you will conduct proactive compliance activities including audits and surveillance, provide advice on regulatory matters, and represent regulatory bodies in educational activities and tribunal or court proceedings.

- Deliver high-quality customer service and support the day-to-day operations of regional offices.
Qualifications and Requirements
">• Certificate IV in Investigation or equivalent qualifications.
">• Minimum of three years' investigative experience, ideally in a government or regulatory environment.
">• Strong alignment with the vision and values of regulatory bodies, showing resilience, initiative, and a commitment to stakeholder engagement.
">• Ability to build relationships, communicate clearly, and uphold professional and legislative standards.
