About this role
This is a dynamic opportunity to join our Business Investigations team as an Investigator, where you will conduct thorough and accurate investigations based on best practice.
As an investigator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive and unbiased investigations into reports of possible or actual breaches of policies across various areas, including sexual harassment, bullying, retaliation, discrimination, conflicts of interest, and fraud.
- Analyzing conduct in light of workplace policies and procedures.
- Drafting high-quality investigation reports that contain clear findings based on all available and relevant evidence.
- Project managing investigations processes to meet individual client needs and expectations.

Key Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Law degree and a background in employment law, investigations, or internal audit.
- Experience working at a professional services firm, large corporate, or government investigations team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to hours to accommodate interstate and international time zones.
- Good drafting skills and the ability to produce clear, concise reports.
