Commercial Account Executive Role

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Account Executive to collaborate with account producers and marketers in understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions for insurance placement, terms, and conditions.

This key role involves maintaining maximum client retention through exceptional service and regular communication. Key responsibilities include attending client meetings, responding promptly to emails and calls, and preparing client services documents.

The ideal candidate will possess a Level 2 Insurance License, minimum 5 years of account management experience, and strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance. A self-starter with excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and intermediate computer skills is required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Retention: Maintain maximum client retention through exceptional service and regular communication.
  • Client Meetings: Attend client meetings, respond promptly to emails and calls, and prepare client services documents.
  • Policy Management: Monitor expiries, update spreadsheets, and handle broking processes for small to mid-size policies.
  • Bid Costing: Provide bid costing, recommend coverage, and quote premium finance contracts as needed.
  • Account Receivables: Participate in internal renewal strategy meetings and proactively manage account receivables.
Requirements:
  • Level 2 Insurance License.
  • Minimum 5 Years Account Management Experience.
  • Strong Knowledge of Commercial Lines Insurance.
  • Self-Starter with Excellent Attention to Detail and Communication Skills.
