We are seeking an experienced Clinical Services Manager to provide clinical leadership and support our team with operations within the Home.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for partnering with the General Manager to oversee clinical operations, leading and mentoring care teams, managing clinical education and staff competency, and supporting staff in quality assessments, care planning and reviews.

  • Provide compassionate support to residents, families, and staff
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Minimum 2 – 3 years' experience in a clinical leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Current AHPRA registration (Division 1)
  • Proof of Australian work rights
